Deployment

From Site Data to Commissioned System.

No mystery, no months of disruption. Kairospace systems are drop-in hardware on your existing lines — here's exactly what happens, in what order, and who does what.

Timeline

What happens when

Week 0 · Analysis

You share flow rate, pipe diameter, water source, and goals. We run root-cause diagnostics and size the system. A written proposal follows in days.

Weeks 1–6 · Engineering & Build

On confirmation, hardware is configured for your line. Typical lead time is 4–6 weeks from down payment to delivery.

Install · Days, Not Weeks

Injectors and cavitators mount inline on your existing piping. Most installs complete in one to three days with minimal downtime on the treated line.

Ongoing · Optimization

Commissioning, operator training, and DO/pH monitoring. Biannual maintenance keeps pumps and O₂ generators at spec — by certified Kairospace technicians.

Responsibilities

Who does what

The split that has worked across our deployments. Simple on purpose.

Kairospace provides

  • System design sized to your flow and goals
  • Hardware: injectors, cavitators, O₂ generation, sensors
  • Delivery, installation, and commissioning
  • Operator training on-site
  • Warranty — 3-yr non-moving / 1-yr moving parts
  • Certified-technician service and replacement parts

Your team provides

  • A dedicated power drop (e.g. 220 V, 30 A GFCI-protected circuit — exact spec in your proposal)
  • Access to the water line or reservoir at the injection point
  • Basic site prep (a pad or mounting area for the skid)
  • An operator contact for training and checkpoints
  • On pilots: shared readings so the results report reflects reality
