What is a point of
grade actually worth?
Canopy, turns, grade mix and the cost of your tank chemistry — put your own numbers in and watch the answer move. The model sizes the injection points off your fertigation loop, prices them at indicative list, and shows what survives energy and service. Every assumption is a slider, and every one carries where it came from.
Your facility
Pick a facility type and the fields fill with typical numbers — then change every one to match your rooms. Two fields do the heavy lifting here. Post-harvest cost keeps a yield gain honest: extra weight still has to be trimmed, dried, cured, tested and packaged, so it is credited at margin rather than revenue. A-grade share and the B-grade discount set the price gap that makes mix shift worth more than yield.

Fertigation, power and inputs
The loop flow at each injection point sizes the hardware. The cost lines below are what the savings levers get applied to — tank and line chemistry in particular, since that is the easiest number on this page for you to verify against your own invoices.
System & investment
Each injection point gets a PVC injector system sized off its loop flow at a ≈7 PSI drop. One oxygen plant serves them all, sized on total demand at a 1.5% side-stream ratio — which is how these facilities are actually built. Both cost boxes are editable, so a dealer's real number flows through every figure on the page.

How are you paying for it?
Value levers
Eight ways oxygenation shows up in a cultivation P&L. Switch off anything that doesn't apply to your rooms — if you buy clones rather than run mothers, propagation is not your saving. The pale band inside each slider is the range the evidence actually covers; past it, you are past the evidence.
Expected pins dry weight at +15%, the figure Kairospace measured at GB Sciences — biomass rose 30% in the same trial, but biomass is not yield and this model only counts what you sell. Conservative drops grade shift, cycle time and propagation, the three that rest on the thinnest evidence. If the number has to survive a lender or a board, run it conservative.
Where the money comes from
Sensitivity
Wholesale cannabis prices move further and faster than almost any other crop, so the useful question is not "what is the return" but "how wrong can this be before it stops working". Everything below re-solves live against the levers above.
Cumulative cash position
Your settings against the full conservative-to-optimistic envelope. If the band clears zero well before the line does, the case is robust; if the two barely differ, your assumptions aren't doing much work.
What moves the answer
Each live assumption swung across the evidence band marked on its slider, measured in net present value. Whatever sits at the top is what to pin down before you buy — the rest is noise.
Net annual benefit — yield lift against wholesale price
The stress test that matters in this industry: a price collapse and a modest response, at the same time. Read down for yield, across for price. This grid shows dollars rather than payback because at this equipment cost every cell repays inside a year — a payback grid would come out one flat colour and tell you nothing.
