Size my system
Size your system in 30 seconds
Three answers give you an indicative equipment list, the power it needs and three ways to buy. No email needed to see it. An engineer confirms the sizing in your quote.

How the sizing works
The same tables as our calculators
- Injectors are sized to pass your flow at about a 7 PSI (0.5 bar) pressure drop on a 40 PSI (2.8 bar) line, from the hydraulic table behind our ROI calculators. It is a preliminary sizing guide, not a performance guarantee.
- Oxygen for water lines is set at 1.5% of the water flow, as oxygen gas by volume, and one concentrator serves every injection point.
- Grow rooms get one injection point per 12,000 sq ft (1,115 m²) of canopy, with about 2.5 GPM of fertigation flow per 1,000 sq ft. Hydroponic reservoirs get a loop that turns the reservoir over about once an hour.
- Aquaculture is sized on feed: about 0.30 kg of oxygen per kg of feed, plus what the pond or tank itself consumes. The concentrator supplies a share of peak demand and your existing aeration carries the rest.
- Treatment basins are sized on oxygen demand (BOD and ammonia load), so they go to an engineer or to the wastewater calculator.
- Past our largest single injector or concentrator, the tool says so instead of guessing, and an engineer sizes the system with you.
